Cultivating Healthy Communities
"Together, we are creating a community where people don't just cope—
They heal, They grow and They thrive."
About Us
From Chaos to Calm. Together.
Chaos to Calm Wellbeing CIC was created from one simple belief: healing happens when people feel seen, supported and connected.
We support people across Manchester and the surrounding communities who are navigating burnout, anxiety, grief, stress, overwhelm and the challenges that often arrive during midlife. Our wellbeing community offers gentle, practical support that nurtures the mind, body and soul—helping people reconnect with themselves and rediscover hope.
Whether someone joins us for a mindful walk, a free workshop or a longer wellbeing programme, they'll always find a warm welcome and a reminder that they don't have to do this alone.

Join Our Community
You don't have to have it all together before you join us.
Whether you're looking for support, friendship, a fresh start or simply a place to breathe again, Chaos to Calm Wellbeing CIC is here to walk alongside you.
Heal together. Rise together. Thrive together.
Why We Exist
I know what it feels like to smile on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside. After years of caring for others as a nurse, navigating grief, burnout and my own journey back to myself, I realised that so many people were carrying the same invisible weight.
Chaos to Calm Wellbeing CIC was born from that journey. It's more than workshops—it's a community built on compassion, hope and the belief that every person deserves the opportunity to heal, regardless of their circumstances.

Our Mission
At Growing Together Community CIC, we believe that everyone deserves access to fresh, nutritious food and opportunities to participate in their local community. Our mission is to tackle food insecurity, improve wellbeing, and create stronger neighbourhood connections through practical support and community-led initiatives.
We work alongside local residents, volunteers, organisations, and partners to create sustainable solutions that address immediate needs while building long-term resilience. By providing access to community growing spaces, educational workshops, and food distribution programmes, we empower people to make positive changes in their lives and communities.
Our approach focuses on inclusion, dignity, and collaboration. We recognise that every individual has valuable skills, experiences, and contributions to offer. Through our projects, we create welcoming environments where people can learn, share, and support one another.
Together, we are helping to create healthier communities, reduce social isolation, and ensure that no one is left behind.
